Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can get busy, and sometimes plans change. However, in order to respect both your time and the time of our therapist, we ask that you adhere to the following cancellation policy:
**24-Hour Notice**: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the appointment to other clients who may be waiting for an opening.
**Late Cancellations**: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a charge of **30% of the service fee**.
**No-Show**: If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full **100% of the service fee**.
-**Repeat Offenders**: After two late cancellations or no-shows, we may require a **deposit** for future appointments to reserve your spot.
